On Tuesday October 18, KCOE held its 8th annual North American Operational Excellence Summit at Saint Vincent College. The topic of this year’s conference was “The Spark: Igniting an Excellent Culture.” The Summit began with its traditional Pre-Summit Dinner which was held the evening before and featured Eric Kulikowski of Philips Respironics. This is a two-day event that introduces and trains attendees on topics such as kanban, one-piece-flow, problem solving, andon, and pull systems.
