Once you are using problem solving and have a problem solving board in place, your team needs to know how to use and manage it.  The 30 Second Coaching video above describes this process.

If you are a team member using the problem solving board – make sure you are checking the board on a regular basis to update your problem solving sheets.

If you are a team leader – check the board for outdated problem solving sheets or sheets that need updated.  If you do find one of your team members’ sheets that need updated, simply bring it to the daily meeting and hand the sheet off to the team member.  Coach him if he needs support, if not let your team member update the sheet before the next daily meeting.
